Foundations
A self-taught developer since age 14, Alexan developed technical roots in HTML, CSS, and PHP alongside a deep academic background in Social Sciences. This dual path led him to earn an LL.B. in Law and Political Science (September 2017 – June 2020), providing a unique understanding of the societal and legal frameworks that govern the digital world.
Professional Mastery
In March 2022, Alexan became a State-Certified Professional Webmaster (MINEFOP-Cameroon) following an intensive diploma program (October 2020 – October 2021). This milestone formalized over a decade of technical experimentation into professional expertise, bridging the gap between innovative coding and high-level Web architecture.
The Mission
Returning to his roots in Bamenda in November 2021, Alexan founded Webbers World to give grassroot institutions a digital voice. Under his leadership, the firm has since evolved into a Private Limited Company, transcending its regional origins to serve a diverse range of stakeholders and industries globally.

With a Master’s in International Relations and Strategic Studies (October 2023 – July 2025), Alexan provides a rare multidisciplinary approach. He ensures that projects at Webbers World are not only technically robust but also strategically positioned to navigate the complex legal and geopolitical realities of the modern global Web.
The Lead Team
Baudouin joined Webbers World in March 2025. A TypeScript specialist, he orchestrates Webbers World’s end-to-end delivery of complex digital features, from architecting resilient backend APIs and seamless third-party integrations to engineering high-performance client interfaces. Driven by Webbers World standards, Baudouin anchors every project in modular architecture, rigorous automated testing, and optimized CI/CD pipelines. Whether overseeing flagship global platforms or localized web solutions, he ensures that security, scalability, and production reliability are never compromised.
Mc Levis joined Webbers World in March 2025. As an Administrative Assistant with a specialized focus on web-based innovation, Mc bridges the gap between high-level Web innovation and organizational efficiency, ensuring that the creative process remains disciplined and legally sound. With an expert-level command of legal theory and its practical application, he provides the regulatory oversight necessary for Webbers World to pioneer new services safely. By synthesizing complex data on Web trends with administrative precision, Mc ensures that every innovation delivered by Webbers World is as compliant as it is cutting-edge.
Vitrice joined Webbers World in January 2026. He is a FullStack Developer and AI Solutions Designer. Vitrice leads Webbers World clients projects with AI related tasks, creating high-performance Web features in Python while integrating AI models capable of automating, analyzing, and optimizing. Aligning to Webbers World standards, he orchestrates the transformation of ideas into intelligent, useful, and impactful website functionalities all geared at serving clients utmost interest.
Gracious joined Webbers World in January 2026. A digital solutions specialist with a dual background in Software Engineering and Law. Gracious focuses on Webbers World delivery of clean, modern, and user-friendly digital products, from responsive landing pages to complex custom Web applications. In his role as Compliance Lead, he ensures that every project aligns with global digital regulations, data privacy laws, and accessibility standards. By combining technical precision with creative problem-solving and legal insight, Gracious ensure Webbers World delivers high-performance Web solutions that protect both the brand and its users, fostering long-term growth and trust in the digital space.
